3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings for track rentals, dirt bike rentals, rally experiences, training programs, and shop products are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may be updated without prior notice.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if payment is not received, information provided is inaccurate, or we believe the booking poses a safety or operational risk.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service booked. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

  • Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to administrative charges.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Safety, Conduct & Assumption of Risk

Motorsport activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, and mechanical failure. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • You must follow all instructions given by our trainers, staff, and safety officials at all times.
  • Appropriate safety gear, including helmets and protective clothing, must be worn where required.
  • Alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your ability to operate a vehicle safely is strictly prohibited.
  • Reckless, abusive, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
  • You may be required to sign a waiver or indemnity form before participating in on-track or off-road activities.

6. Equipment & Property

  • Rental vehicles, track facilities, and equipment must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
  • You are liable for any damage caused to our equipment, facilities, or third-party property due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged to you where applicable.

7. Shop Purchases

Products purchased through our online shop are subject to availability. Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and return policies will be communicated at the time of purchase. Defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly for resolution.
